Is it possible to create UI actions for the requester view?

Does anyone know whether it's possible to create UI actions for the requester view (pictured)? It's for a business requirement.

Hi @C_dric Chen 

UI Action are not possible in portal view.

Instead you can customise the widget and add buttons/links which can perform the corresponding action.
