Is it possible to delete custom app new version from ServiceNow store?

We have a custom app we have published in ServiceNow store. Currently we want to publish a newer version.

 

If in case if we discover some new uncaught bug, is it possible to delete the newer version from the store? or probably hide it? Just to prevent customers from installing the version with bugs.

You will need to raise a Support case with ServiceNow to seek help on this.

Hi @GuruprasadB 

 

If you want a version to be unavailable from the ServiceNow Store, you can retire the particular version on the TPP portal.

 

Log in to TPP portal and search for the published version of your application to proceed.
