Is it possible to display Record Producer variables in the CSM Case Workspace using the Variables Formatter?

We are creating Cases via a Record Producer and would like to know if the Variables Formatter is supported in CSM Configurable Workspace to display those variables, or if there are any recommended alternatives.

Yes, you can display Record Producer variables in the CSM Configurable Workspace by adding the Variable Editor (Formatter) to the Workspace view of the Case form.

For tables extending Task, like Case, ensure you are using the specific formatter named "Variable Editor" in the Form Designer to make them visible to agents.

You can select the required view and from the Configure Layout, bring the Variable Editor field on the Available bucket.

Navigate to System UI->Formatters

Create a new formatter for Case

Formatter - com_glideapp_questionset_default_question_editor

Table - select customer service case table

Configure form layout for case table in workspace view

You can create new section for variables and add Case variable editor formatter to it
