Is it possible to display Record Producer variables in the CSM Case Workspace view

Is it possible to display Record Producer variables in the CSM Case Workspace using the Variables Formatter?

We are creating Cases via a Record Producer and would like to know if the Variables Formatter is supported in CSM Configurable Workspace to display those variables, or if there are any recommended alternatives.

You can select the required view and from the Configure Layout, bring the Variable Editor field on the Available bucket.

Navigate to System UI->Formatters

Create a new formatter for Case

Formatter - com_glideapp_questionset_default_question_editor

Table - select customer service case table

Configure form layout for case table in workspace view

You can create new section for variables and add Case variable editor formatter to it

yes this is possible

Recently I shared solution on how to do this for HR Case and HR Agent Workspace, you can enhance it for Case table and CSM workspace

note: do it in correct scope, correct table and correct workspace form view

Before - No variable editor on form in workspace

After

1) created new UI formatter for HR Case in HR Core scope. to copy the formatter name see the incident variable editor

2) then added that on HR case table "Workspace UIB" view - Ensure you are in correct scope

Created a new form section "Variable Editor". Save

Output: HR Case in native shows variable editor in particular form section

HR Case in workspace shows the variable editor in section
