For a new app that has been assigned to me, one of the business requirements is the ability for the requester to give a rating out of five stars and some plain text feedbacks after their request has been fulfilled. Here are my questions:
- Since the requesters will not have access to the fulfilment team's workspace, is it possible for the requester to give such rating and feedback from the Record Producer?
- If the answer to the 1st question is "Yes", what's the best approach to let the requester provide a rating and a feedback?
