I read somewhere that it was recommended to link an Interaction to another interaction, when a user calls in with and issue, an interaction is created, then the user follows up a week later after the initial interaction was closed and a second interaction is created. I tried using
Interactions and Service Operations Workspace (SOW) but could not see how to link an Interaction with another interaction.
Any help would be appreciated

Hi @JMoxy ,
Use Parent field ( referencing to interaction records) on interaction record to associate to another related interaction.
If you dont have the field on sow view, edit the form layout and bring it .
Please mark this as helpful and correct, if this resolves your issue.
Thanks,
Yaswanth

Hi @JMoxy
why link the interactions together? They have nothing to do whit each other. Instead, you should rather link both interactions to the same incident, as both interactions is for the same.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
