Hello exports,
Is there a way to restore an attachment that was exported from sys_attachment_doc?
For example we want to export a certain sys_attachment_doc record, can it be restored to the file that was attached? If so how?
P.S. Just to add an update, I was able to find this community article which gave a clear details and explanations on sys_attachment and sys_attachment_doc (https://www.servicenow.com/community/itsm-articles/attachments-in-servicenow/ta-p/2305632). My only challenge now is after exporting the sys_attachment_doc, I am still blank on how it can be combined and decoded outside of SeviceNow platform. If you have any suggestions, it is much appreciated.
