Is it possible to send a notification to a group when the chat queue has reached a certain threshold

I have an ask to create an alert notification when there are over X number of chat customers waiting in the queue. This alert can go out via eMail, MS Teams integration, or a ServiceNow Notification. These notifications will end up going to a group of supervisors alerting them of increased chat volume, so they can increase agent coverage if needed.
