Service Bridge for Incident to Incident WITHOUT Remote Record Producers

I am utilizing Service Bridge as a Service Provider (a Service Desk) that needs access to see all incidents in my customer's instance. These incidents are created via chat, email, self-service, directly on the table, etc. They are NOT coming in via a Remote Record Producer.

 

I am trying to understand how I can see the CallerConfiguration ItemAssignment Group, and really any other reference data from the Consumer Instance while I'm the Provider. Normally, if using the Remote Record Producer this would be done using the Remote Choice Definitions, but those are not used for these incidents.

 

In the screenshot, left side is the Provider and the right is the Consumer.

What is the proper process for being able to see the data without me having to actually sync their full user table, cmdb, etc. into my provider instance?
