Is it possible to uncheck activity fields default to false in Geneva

Hi All,

We are facing a lot of slowness on Geneva when a incident form is loaded, so we are trying to uncheck some of the activity fields to false , Right now their are around 10 fields configured on Activity log. So i am trying to check only additional comment as default to all users and but all other options should be available for users if they want to see some other fields on activity.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

When you uncheck them, they create a user preference.

Just make that preference a system preference by checking the box and clearing the user:

Hmm.. it is working for me in my developer instance.   You may have to delete any user-specified preferences before it works.
