Hi All,
We are facing a lot of slowness on Geneva when a incident form is loaded, so we are trying to uncheck some of the activity fields to false , Right now their are around 10 fields configured on Activity log. So i am trying to check only additional comment as default to all users and but all other options should be available for users if they want to see some other fields on activity.
Any suggestions are appreciated.

When you uncheck them, they create a user preference.
Just make that preference a system preference by checking the box and clearing the user:

If you can scroll down to the same activity filter window, at the end , you will see "configure available fields" option and click on that.
If you remove the Fields from Selected list, it wont be visible in Activity .
Thanks,

Hi Rajesh,
Thanks for your input , yes they can be removed from their but they will not be available again . what i was looking is default all the fields should be unchecked but users should be able to check it if they want it .

I got your point now.
Go to sys_properties.list table and search name by "glide.ui.incident_activity.fields" and remove some of fields from Value list and see if this is Uncheck the selected Fields on Activity.
Thanks,
Rajesh T

Hi Rajesh,
Removing from system properties is same as if we remove from configuration.
