Is it possible to use schedule in the script

After incident creation, if 10 days are passed then on 11th day one notification should be triggered to user. but those 10 days should only be working days not holidays or Saturday Sunday just like our SLA uses some schedules to achieve the same.
But here i would write a script to do this, however i am not sure how this can be achieved through script means how can i use schedule in my script or is there any other script that ib can use to remove holidays and weekends and count only business days
