Is Mandarin Language Plugin available OOB in SNOW?

I need to perform the Mandarin Language Transalations for End Users in Service Portal.

So just need to cross check if Mandarin Language Internationalization Plugin available in Servicenow. Can anyone help me on the same?

yes, mandarin language pack is available OOB.

Hi Sachin, 

Are you sure this is the correct language plugin for Mandarin?

I18N: Traditional Chinese Translations I found in plugins list.. But it is not activated yet..

And how can I know what will be the prefix for this Mandarin Language inorder to translate.

And also can you please let me know on the prefix for Spanish Language Translations.

I am bit confused here.

Currently I can see the below list of Languages activated in our Instance.

Please help me out on the same...
