Hi @VS ,
It's not like not supported by indian numbers or any other country's number. First you need to understand that servicenow sends the message in the from of email only, it is the gateway of the service provider that converts the email into sms message and sends to the subscriber. Generally which ever service provider supports email-to-sms gateway assigns a special number in the format of number@xyz.abc.co so eventually it's an email address only, which further get's converted to message by the service provider.
So, if you have a subscriber that supports email-to-sms gateway then definetly it will work, no matter which country it belongs to. This facility of conversion lies at the service provider gateway and not servicenow.
I hope this help.
Please mark this helpful if this helps and Accept the solution if this solves your issue.
Regards,
Kamlesh

@VS ,
I see you have marked other reply as correct even though I have said the same in first reply and in second reply I had mentioned about SMS supporting for US which seems true if you go through links I have shared. Replying to threads take time and effort hence please mark my solution as correct as well and Kamlesh reply seems to be incorrect regarding not support for US by default. Please mark my answer as correct.

You are free to ask anyone for marking your response as correct or making all your comment thread as correct. But before commenting on someone else's response, first have some patience in reading his response and most importantly have some open mindness
I no were mentioned that it do not supports for US by default. My response was dedicated to system capability, how this functionality works and what it can support.

Kamlesh

Sorry, I was not aware and still not am that I used any indecent language. Since you took the name in the comment, I just requested, that before commenting on any one's response being right/wrong have some patience to read it all and be open minded.
My sincere appology if you found this indecent.
I would end this discussion here from my end as this platform is to discuss and help on servicenow topics.

Hi Musab,
I think I have the right to accept the solution on the basis of who's reply helped me resolve the issue.
In this case, Kamlesh's reply made sense and I was able to resolve my issue.
The thread you shared did not help, and most of them were unresolved.
Anyways thanks for your help.
Cheers
