Hi All,
I have created a database view to get all the RITM based on some condition.
Now the issue is till Geneva when we click on RITM number it will take us to Respective RITM record but now in Helsinki ,Clicking on RITM does not navigate to the record it shows a blank screen and their is a new feature called open this reference value.
Can we make the RITM not clickable kind or read only , so that users will use the new feature.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hi Sam,
There is no way to "unlink" the reference field on a list layout.
It is behaving that way because you have a reference field in the first column. The little blue arrow was introduced as a way to disambiguate the purpose of that first column when reference fields are present. It takes a bit of getting used to IMHO.
The older way is still available if you move the RITM to another column and put a string or date field in the first column.

That might do it. Thanks for the info Sourabh. I just did a quick little test on the incident list by putting the caller in column 1 (normally would present a blue arrow) and turned off the link access by making it only available to admin. Test user (non-admin) gets the list below...
