Is there a built in password expiration policy?

We are setting some password policies to maintain local admin accounts. I've got the password complexity requirements enabled. I have not been able to find a way to have the password expiration automatically set with some OOTB mechanism.

It should set the password expiration to a defined number of days when the password is changed.

Same question for an OOTB option. I know that a business rule can be created but needs to add a custom field. Would like to know of an OOB approach.
