Is there a built in password expiration policy?

For the admin accounts, we are doing manual login. Is anyone aware on the OOB password reset process. The system should force every account to reset pwd for admin profiles for every periodic interval (ex: 120 days). All this setup should be OOB provided.

Is below line explains that expiration reminder only works for AD and it won't work for manual login ?
