Hello,
Is there a list available of all of the out of the box widgets available for the Service Portal in Helsinki? I looked in the Release Notes but did not find it. Any guidance will be much appreciated.

This doesn't answer your question, but I just wanted to vent about the frustrating lack of details in the service portal documentation about the widgets, options and capabilities. I've been experimenting with service portal development on a few really basic pages over the past few days as part of an integration POC and am sure glad that I did, because I know now that our move from CMS to SP is going to take a lot longer than expected (and implied by ServiceNow). It seems like every widget needs to be cloned and customized to make it work (or maybe its because they're so poorly documented that its impossible to understand how they work so we hack to make one that works). And the lack of basic OOB functionality, like a clickable URL field on a portal form is surprising. Arrrrrgggggggggg.
Sorry, just had to vent somewhere.
