I believe there is only a size limit for each attachment.
How many attachments are being added? I just added 112+ an incident on my PDI with no issues.

Hi @LyneC
No, there's no such limit. However, the limit is on the attachment size.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hello @LyneC
There is no such limit on the number of attachments for Incident in ServiceNow. however there is a limit on size of the attachment and you can verify that by checking com.glide.attachment.max_size property in sys_properties.LIST table.
Kindly mark my answer as helpful and accept solution if it helped you in anyway. This will help me be recognized for the efforts and also move this question to solved bucket.
Regards,
Prathamesh
