Is there a "Related Articles" widget available for the Knowledge Portals in HRSD?

I am trying to see if there is a pre-existing "Related Articles" widget that I can use. The idea is to display related articles restricted to the user's geography and their level within the organization. Not sure if this is something we would have to custom build or if there are widgets that I can leverage to get this done.

There is no OOB related article widget available.

you will have create your custo related article widget.

You can leverage below widget for related records.

Hi sachin.namjoshi,

I have added "Knowledge Related Article Widget" on my  Portal i am able to see the widget but i am not able to see the articles  i have added. Currently i am upgraded to New York .

Second i am also not getting Related Catalog Item Widget in the widget table why?

could you please help me to get out of this.

hi @Vartika Goel,

Try installing the Predictive Intelligence for Knowledge Management plugin and running the Train the Knowledge Similar Articles solution definition included.

Result

When the solution is complete, the related knowledge articles appear in the Knowledge results section on the Knowledge form and in the Related Articles section. The Knowledge form appears when you create an article. The Related Articles section appears on the article view page in the Knowledge Management Service Portal and Now Mobile applications.

I have been playing around with this on my personal instance and it works there 🙂
