I would like to add tags to knowledge articles, but I found the following content, so I tried doing the same.
“Tag the knowledge articles from the create knowledge platform page by clicking on the 3 dots buttons.”
However, "Add tag" is not displayed as shown in the attached image.
Why does this phenomenon occur?
The version is "Utah"

I just checked this functionality, the "Add tag" option is available once the record is saved.
Check once after saving the KB Article record.
