Is there a way to auto assign a survey (assessment) to users?

I would like to have my survey's auto assigned to users rather than having to 'assign survey'. can this be done?

Like any survey or assessment. Once a training is complete then I would like those registered to receive the survey.

You need to configure the notification. For ex, OOB, when incident is closed a Survey is sent automatically. You can configure similar notifications, when training is completed.

That's was thinking but I have a requirement not to send anything - they just simply need to be assigned
