hello.
Currently, when updating data such as the user table of the production instance, the data of that table is extracted in XML as a backup.
I don't think this is a good backup method.
Does ServiceNow have internal or external tools that can back up each table?

Hi
if you have a customer instance then backups of database are created automatically and in the Support portal you can request restoring your instance with the help of a backup.

But there is no other solution to back up data of single tables than exporting them to XML.
