Is there a way to change the name of stage on Requested Item widget?

I want to change the name of a stage highlighted below:

I am not sure where it is defined and how can i edit it.

Please open up one of the Requested Item record. Right click on the field Stage to Configure -> Dictionary.

Then you need to investigate the Choices. Find the Label and Value for request_approved.

If the Label shows request_approved, you need to change the label to what you want.

I already checked that, but forgot to mention earlier-

The label defined in dictionary is 'Request Approved'   but is showing as request_approved on the portal.

Hello - not sure if this was already resolved for you - but it is pulling the name from the 'Stage Name' in the Workflow you are using for that Request or Requested Item.   You need to check out the workflow that it is using and then in the same menu where you check it out, you need to click on Edit Stages.   There you can change the Name of the Workflow Stage.
