Is there a way to export a multi level pivot report?

Service Now only offer the option of exporting a multi level pivot report into PDF, has anyone been successful finding an alternate way to export to Excel?

Thanks

Hey there TashaP,

Have you tried exporting as a list report by chance?  I think you should be able to export the data behind the report from a list view?

If my reply helps you at all, I'd really appreciate it if you click the Helpful button and if my reply is the answer you were looking for, it would be awesome if you could click both the Helpful and Accepted Solution buttons!  🙂

I hope this helps you out, have a great day!

Thanks Steve, I was hoping to not have to rebuild the pivot after exporting as a list  (which is what I am currently doing), I think the only thing to do is to make an enhancement request.

Thanks again

Did you ever find a solution?  I have a multi-level pivot which uses fields that cannot be ordered in a list view or report.  I have 'countries' in the rows and a count of expired articles in the single column. All I want to do is order the pivot rows by the count (so I don't have Australia at the top and Vietnam at the bottom, rather the country wit the most expired articles at the top).  Can't do it.  can only export to PDF where I can't do anything either. Why on earth if it can be turned into a PDF it can't be exported as a excel or CSV?

Sorry, Leri no solution found as yet!
