Hello.
I create a new catalog item and operate it on the service portal.
However, I don't want the user to order this item.
Therefore, I would like to hide the "Order Now" button on the sc_cat_item page and the "Proceed Checkout" button on the sc_cart page.
Is it possible?
Regards,
Ro

Hi @Ro5 ,
Go to Catalog -> Maintain Cart Layouts -> Target type: Browser Widget (4) -> shopping cart widget -> Click on Buttons tab -> Uncheck Proceed to Checkout.

What is the purpose of the catalog item if you do not want the users to submit it ?
Go for content item if it is only informational. More insights will be helpful
checkout the portal setting section of the catalog item

Hello. suvro.
Explanation was lacking.
I have no intention of making this item permanently unorderable.
However, I would like to temporarily disable orders because the order workflow is not ready.
Regards,
Ro

Then it would be advisable to make it inactive or unpublished or remove it from category for the time being

That's true, but we need other users to check how it looks and works, so we need to be able to see the catalog items.
