Hello.
I create a new catalog item and operate it on the service portal.
However, I don't want the user to order this item.
Therefore, I would like to hide the "Order Now" button on the sc_cat_item page and the "Proceed Checkout" button on the sc_cart page.
Is it possible?
Regards,
Ro

Hi @Ro5 ,
Go to Catalog -> Maintain Cart Layouts -> Target type: Browser Widget (4) -> shopping cart widget -> Click on Buttons tab -> Uncheck Proceed to Checkout.

Hi @Ro5 ,
You are removing this Order Now I take this as you want to utilize this catalog item as Content item where you just want to show some content to users ,you dont want to order/submit request out of it. If Yes then use Content item instead of Catalog item this will be helpful for you.
Just search for "Content items" in navigator
OR
You can refer to this thread : https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-forum/how-to-remove-order-now-button/m-p/1861884#:~:t....

Hello. Sandeep Dutta.
Thanks for providing the link.
Content items look good, but I'd like to stick with catalog items.
By the way, do you know how to hide the "Proceed Checkout" button on the sc_cart page?
Regards,
Ro
