Hi,

Is there a way to set every 'INC00000' or 'CSE00000' URL to open in a new tab, rather than in the current tab? We can press ctrl + click but if there is a central way to do it in the system backend for all ticket URLs.

How to do this. Can you please help me on this. It will helpful.

are you saying in list view?

If yes then this is not possible as per my knowledge. it's controlled at platform level code which we don't have access to
