Is there a way to show just the count of each state in a pivot table report?

I'd like to create a pivot table with the row value as the state of the ticket and the column should be count i.e. count of each state. 
Hence, the pivot table report should have two columns one showing the state and the second one showing the count of each state. Is it possible to create such a report?

Unfortunately, I can't have any extra columns to be shown other than count. I saw that it's possible if I enable the show table option for bar graphs but the user will have to scroll to the bottom of the graph to see the table which is not recommended.
