Hi,
I am trying to get the count of the incident states for the last 30 days in a simple excel row format (not the bar, pie, or list group by). Pivot will be a perfect option if it allows to choose only rows and select none for columns, but that's not possible.
Could someone help me to create this count of the incident states

Hi,
You'd have to define a bit further what "for the last 30 days" means...do you mean incidents opened in the past 30 days? Closed in the past 30 days? Still open? etc, but if you make a pivot chart with the row and column of both as the "state" field...it sort of accomplishes what you want without looking too bad:
You can try other report types, but that's an idea.

Thanks for the reply Allen. But this is not helpful as the information in the columns is redundant.
We just need the State and Total columns.

Hello,
The above was an example, please investigate further on your end using other report types, such as trend, etc. What the report shows above is the state and the totals. Since Pivot requires both a row and a column, I suggested the "next best thing". My apologies if it's not helpful or up to your standards, but my reply was relevant.
Thanks!

Hi @BVD ,
Please remember, that when you create a report by state, that the report will update every time you update the report, due to states changes. Is that ok according to your report? if it's ok, then the closest to only measure on state YTD you can utilize:
If the counts should be static (not change), then PA is the solution due to it takes snapshot of the data, and reports on that data.
