Dear Community,
I wonder if you can assist.
If you right click and select "insert and stay" on a "request" It does not copy the variables when creating the copy and assigning a new RITM number. I am guessing this is because of the relationship between two tables.
Does anyone know how we can achieve an insert and stay that copies the data in the variables?
Many thanks
Sarah

Hi Sarah,
The UI action is available on sc_cat_item table, the name is 'copy' . it should be available OOB as active, if not please make it active. Once active the form button would be available on the catalog item.

There is an out of box copy button on request. I am on Istanbul Patch5. It should be there in Helsinki as well.
You can utilize this button as well.
Otherwise you should create your own copy button from the link i suggested above.
