Hi all,
anyone seen this behavior? I've got a record producer that has lots of ui logic built in to show fields and make them mandatory. In service portal, this item is showing the alert that mandatory fields are not filled in...even when all visible fields that are mandatory are filled in. And you can see at the bottom where you see the mandatory fields that need to be filled in...nothing is shown. Is this a bug?

you want to check field dictionaries as well.

found it! it was from container variables in a variable set that were set to "mandatory" (who know why...)
anyway, thanks guys! if one of you wants to reply back to include checking UI Policies, Catalog Client Scripts, and to be sure to check the same as well as container variables (as well in variable sets)...I'll mark you answer correct.
