Hi all,
anyone seen this behavior? I've got a record producer that has lots of ui logic built in to show fields and make them mandatory. In service portal, this item is showing the alert that mandatory fields are not filled in...even when all visible fields that are mandatory are filled in. And you can see at the bottom where you see the mandatory fields that need to be filled in...nothing is shown. Is this a bug?

Is it possible that one of your UI Policies is making a field mandatory that isn't currently visible on the form?

Should be your client scripts or UI Policies that are hiding the field and making them mandatory.

Thanks guys for the feedback...that's what i was thinking too. So is it correct that the name of the hidden field that has been set to mandatory by the catalog client script would not show up in the alert box?

and now I'm totally confused...I've set every Ui Policy and every client script on this record producer to false, and I'm still getting the same alert that there are missing fields, but not showing which ones. Any thoughts?
