Is there any way to give itil users to delete work_notes and additional comments from the activity?
So they can choose specific comment in the activity and delete.

Only admin user can do the modification.

@shubhamdubey  I want to give the users the option to delete their own comments from records without going to sys_journal. maybe using ui action

It's not recommended to delete even own notes or comments.

It is audit policy breach. I did this but need admin rights , neec to go to audit logs , history and then delete.

This is literally the dumbest thing ever (audit or not).  Users should be able to revise or delete their own work notes. Service Now needs to fix this in their next release. 

Audit the changes (like the deletion of the work note or the revision of the work note). Come on guys, this is so dumb.

As an admin, I can't tell you how many times I get this kind of stuff:

I was working on two tickets and accidentally put a work note into the wrong ticket

I want to revise my grammar in a work note

I want to better summarize my work notes to make it clearer to someone that might read it later

I accidentally posted the same work note twice

FIX THIS!
