I've been trying to set up something for my ServicePortal which is more user friendly than the usual long-winded URL, for example for Request Something > Report an Incident, I might usually have something like
mycompany.service-now.com/sp?id=sc_cat_item&sys_id=eac63q4utbjh34jc90a231q34t3eqdf&referrer=popular_items
Whereas what I am trying to achieve is something more like
service-now.com/sp/reportanincident
Or something similar.
Does anyone know whether ServiceNow has this functionality, and if so how I would go about implementing it?
