Issue in Asset CI Field Mapping table in servicenow

Hi All,

 

We have issue adding OOTB field called "Configuration Item(ci)" in the Asset CI Field Mapping table.

The field itself is not visible in the Asset field drop down.

How can i solve this issue? kindly help me to resolve this issue.

@Sai89 Asset CI mapping corresponds to mapping fields between asset (alm_asset) and Configuration Item (cmdb_ci) table. Based on selected CI on asset and vice versa this mapping works for other fields. Mapping takes place because of selected CI on asset record so CI serves as base for mapping record for other fields.
