while submitting an incident - after save the incident
after saves it is redirecting to some other incident .
we are unable to diagnosis exact issue .

Looks like some Client Script is running and setting these values, which is why these messages are appearing.

Hi @nameisnani ,
I would recommend checking any custom Client Scripts and Business Rules that were recently created or modified on the Incident table.
Specifically, review:
- Recently created/updated onSubmit Client Scripts
- Recently created/updated After Insert/After Update Business Rules
- Any custom logic that performs a redirect or updates related Incident records during record creation
Also verify whether the issue occurs for all users or only specific users, and whether it happens consistently or intermittently.
Reviewing recent customizations on the Incident table should help identify the root cause.
