Issue in the asset table list view

Hi Team,

 

I have two users one user is Active(with itil role), second user is inactive(with no role).

I have impersonated with 1st user,  in the list view of alm_asset.LIST in native view, I have checked with asset tag, Assigned to is showing

Same I have checked in the Service Operation Workspace view, there Assigned to is showing as empty.

In SOW when I open this then it is showing Assigned to name

What needs to be done?

Hi @Sriram Pusuluri 

Could you please check that the assignee in the list view is correct? Some defaults have been added, but it might be that the assignee cannot be set properly in the list view. 

 

Try editing the columns and then add Assigned To; it might appear as Asset. Assign To. or CI.assigned to

NO mate, i am not referring user, i am referring field --Assigned To

As you said I have removed assined to and add again and it is directly assigned to.
