Hi Team,

I have two users one user is Active(with itil role), second user is inactive(with no role).

I have impersonated with 1st user,  in the list view of alm_asset.LIST in native view, I have checked with asset tag, Assigned to is showing

Same I have checked in the Service Operation Workspace view, there Assigned to is showing as empty.

In SOW when I open this then it is showing Assigned to name

What needs to be done?

Hii @Sriram Pusuluri

The configuration looks good and there doesn’t appear to be any issue. Please try repairing the Asset Management workspace and then try again.

Hi @Sriram Pusuluri

Try to save the form and refresh the list. Mostly it is UI glitch.

I have tried that one as well, still it is showing empty

So 1 user is able to see Assigned to in native list but not in workspace list?
