Issue on OOB create incident record producer

Hi 

I am raising an incident using OOB 'create incident' record producer, It's throwing some errors like below, help me!

Hi @shivaadapa 

 

Prime, reason you may installed some plugin and which is not fully installed which related to Portal.

2. You may change some widget that is another reason.

3. or you change the standard ticket widget.

 

Fact is , it is not easy to say what went wrong.

How can we know all the configurations(BR,client scipts...etc) associated with the particular record producer?

RP is linked with table, so we can get this information about tables.

Plus the error you are getting, you need to go in that widgets / modules and chekc.
