Issue Publishing AI Search Profile

Hi Community,

We attempted to publish an AI Search profile using the recommended approach, but it didn’t work. Eventually, we reached out to HI Support, and they identified it as an AI Search health-related issue, which they resolved internally.

Before contacting support, we also installed the sn_itsm_gen_ai plugin, assuming it might be required, but the issue still persisted.

My questions are:

• Is the sn_itsm_gen_ai plugin necessary to publish AI Search profiles?

• Has anyone else faced similar publishing issues tied to AI Search health?

• Related to AI Search profiles publishing what are the necessary plugins need to be install ?

Any insights or suggestions would be appreciated.
