Issue sending text message - 550 No such domain at this location

We are trying to send an SMS notification and we are getting the following error:

550 No such domain at this location

Was wondering if anyone has any ideas why?

From everything that I've researched this would appear to be a firewall or spam filter configuration issue. If you are using ServiceNow as your email sender then you will need to create an incident on their HI system.

Yea, it turned out to be an issue on our side. Something with the way the email inbox was configured to allow emails from specific addresses.
