Has anyone experienced any issues using the "Wish List" feature of the Service Catalog?
Someone approached me with an issue. They were working on our "Onboarding" fulfillment form for a new hire.
They saved a draft in the Wish List, and upon their return a day later, it wouldn't let them update the catalog item but were prompted with a Save as draft prompt.
I'm not sure how to locate it or what happened. Any suggestions.
