I have configured AI Search and specified a condition in the search source to ensure that results are pulled only from the respective taxonomy (screenshot attached).
However, I’m noticing that the search is also retrieving records from unrelated taxonomies. Please assist in resolving this issue.
In my search, the data is being fetched from taxonomy "Employee" in which "Risk and compliance" is active. But I am not using this "Employee" taxonomy.
The taxonomy I am using is "Employee Center Core Taxonomy" in which "Risk and compliance" is inactive.
Additionally, during one of my searches, although the articles appear and were correctly associated with the intended topic and taxonomy, the topic itself did not appear in the search results. I would appreciate guidance on how to fix this as well.

Hi @KavyashreeR,
Try putting this condition in Indexed Source and index again.
