Issue with Email Notification

While testing the email notifications by enabling the outbound emails, facing the issue with one of the notification. 

Rest of the notifications are triggering as expected.

Why is it happening for that one notification only? and how to fix it.

Issue is with From field in What it will contain section.

This issue seems to be at exchange server level. Please check the below thread

Thank you @Dr Atul G- LNG for the reply, I have updated that for screenshot purpose.
There was proper email id, all other notifications are triggering to that email id but not that one.
Tested with other email id as well, issue is with one particular notification only.
