Issue with imported update set

Hello,

I was working on a record producer and due to freeze I paused my work and need to take backup, so I took the update set XML (in update set record took XML as clicked on header and XML this record).

Now freeze is completed and I imported my XML into local update set but customer updates are missing.

Please help me on this.

Hi Snehita,

For update sets taking the backup by exporting the XML record using the form header will not help. You need to mark the update set closed & then you will find 'Export to XML' related link.

So, for future, even if there is a freeze or so, you need to mark the update set closed & then export it using Export to XML & then import again if needed.
