Hi all,
I'm encountering a strange issue when new payment cases are created. The numbers for the records are unusually long and do not increment by 1 as expected.
This is how they currently appear:
but they should look like this with 7 number of digits:
The setup on the sys_number table is correct:
However, on the sys_number_counter table, whenever I try to set a smaller number value, it keeps automatically increasing and displays numbers like this:
Can someone please help address this issue? Thanks
