In HRSD, I have created one Record Producer to create a case on HR Talent Management table from Employee Centre.
When I am submitting the request, only header is visible. Other than that, nothing is getting displayed on the screen.
And also, not able to find the request under 'My Requests'.
I have already tried to make the Application Restricted Caller Access for that table to 'Allowed'.
Can someone please help me on this?

1)Navigate to Standard Ticket -> Standard Ticket Configuration
2) create one similar to below for hr_case and make sure to add Additional details - variable summary
Please mark my answer correct and helpful if this works for you.

Hi @Gangadhar Ravi ,
The record producer I have made is having this table sn_hr_core_case_talent_management and is the below Tab Configuration for it.
Still, I am getting this issue, sometimes it is showing and sometime not.

Is this happening with admins or non-admins?
Try the approach mentioned for standard ticket config

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar,
It is happening with both admins and non-admins. Sometimes it is showing the details and many times it's not.
The record producer which I have made is having this table sn_hr_core_case_talent_management and is the below Tab Configuration for it.
But this record is in the Employee Center Core application. Do I need to create another in Human Resources: Core application?
