Issue with Parallel approval Flow Designer

Hi,

I have an issue here working with parallel approval in flow designer. When I configured as shown in the picture, one approval from one group, is making 'approval no longer needed' from the other group as well. My requirement is to get anyone's approval from each group. Kindly help.

Hi,

For parallel approval, you need to configure as below:

1) Add the approval activity. Select "Anyone approvers or Rejects" in the drop down and update the first group name

2) Click And button as highlighted in the below image and repeat the same for other approval

This will ensure approval is received from each group

If I do this, how would i differentiate and identify which group approved or rejected the approval.

You can enable the Assignment Group in the approvals page. You will get the group information from here

Can you try setting the Approval field of the 'Ask for Approval' action as empty in the flow, I tried this and works for me.
