Issue with SCCM Integration

Hi Experts,

I am trying to use the SCCM with Integration Hub. I am using the Mid Server with SCCM as per the servicenow docs.

But again and again I get the below error.

Access denied

Stack Trace:    at System.Management.ThreadDispatch.Start()
at System.Management.ManagementScope.Initialize()
at System.Management.ManagementObjectSearcher.Initialize()
at System.Management.ManagementObjectSearcher.Get()
at Microsoft.PowerShell.Commands.GetWmiObjectCommand.BeginProcessing()

Version : 5.00.8790.1000
Build Number : 8790

I am using my AD Account to authenticate as I have the admin access to SCCM.

Please help.

Thank you,

Sriram.

Is this occurring within the Integration Setup module? Which step did it error on?

Have you checked the SCCM Database server name is correct, may need FQDN (example mysccmserver.me.com.)? Is the Database Name also correct?

Do you have some funky firewalls on SCCM server/ Mid server failing you here?

Is your Mid server setup and configured to use Powershell. Does that credential have the right Powershell settings?

The info is a bit limited so hope that this is helpful?

Hi Matt,

I had some issues with the Admin Rights in the SCCM Server.

Now it works fine.

Thanks,

Sriram.
